Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of NimoteCode.

1. Service Overview

NimoteCode is a mobile IDE product with local/remote workspace workflows, editor and terminal tools, source control features, AI integrations, task execution, and timeline diagnostics.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account and device security
• Activity performed under your account
• Compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms when using connected services

If you use third-party sign-in providers, their terms also apply.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Some features are Pro-gated.
• Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed by App Store / Google Play under their policies.
• Entitlement state may be synchronized via RevenueCat and related backend verification.
• Trial eligibility and anti-abuse controls may use device/account state.

4. Remote Access and Credentials

You are solely responsible for:

• Your remote servers, SSH credentials, and permissions
• Actions executed against your own infrastructure
• Secure handling of keys, passwords, and secrets

5. AI Features and External Endpoints

NimoteCode can send content to AI providers configured by you.

You are responsible for:

• Choosing appropriate provider endpoints
• Protecting your API credentials
• Reviewing AI-generated output before production use

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable without validation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NimoteCode to:

• Access systems or data without authorization
• Distribute malware or perform unlawful activity
• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized exploitation of services

7. Third-Party Services

NimoteCode depends on third-party services and your selected endpoints. Their availability, behavior, and terms are outside NimoteCode’s direct control.

8. Privacy

Your use of NimoteCode is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or limit access where needed for abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, or operational integrity.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NimoteCode is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
