These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NimoteCode ("Application", "we", "us").

By installing or using NimoteCode, you agree to these Terms and the applicable third-party platform terms, including:

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

1. Service Description

NimoteCode is a mobile Integrated Development Environment (IDE) that provides local and remote SSH development workflows, code editing, terminal access, Git tools, AI-assisted features, task automation, and debugging utilities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this Application.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, device, credentials, and any actions performed under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

Certain features require a paid subscription (e.g., NimoteCode Pro).

• All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal at the then-current price.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions via Apple ID or Google Play settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
• Purchases can be restored using the “Restore Purchases” function.
• Subscription pricing may vary by region.

4. Remote Systems and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Remote servers, SSH connections, and any infrastructure you access
• Commands executed through the Application
• Security of credentials, keys, and secrets

We do not store SSH credentials on our servers.

5. AI Features (Bring Your Own Key)

NimoteCode may support AI features through third-party providers.

• You must provide your own API keys (“BYO Key” model)
• We do not provide AI models, inference services, or usage credits
• You are responsible for all third-party API usage costs
• AI outputs may be incorrect and must not be used as the sole source of truth in production systems

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access systems without authorization
• Use the Application for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Application
• Abuse system resources, APIs, or infrastructure

7. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate or interact with third-party services such as Git providers, SSH servers, or AI providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of third-party services.

8. Privacy

Your use of NimoteCode is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time if required for:

• Security protection
• Legal compliance
• Abuse prevention
• System stability

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or complete data accuracy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This includes data loss, system damage, or service interruptions.

12. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
