Version 1.2.3 improves mobile development workflows with shared Local Linux projects, more resilient SSH sessions, task-status updates outside the app, a configurable terminal, and a refined dark appearance.
New
- Share local projects with Local Linux (Android). Enable Shared Local Projects from Local Linux, then open the same app-local project at
/mnt/localin the Linux workspace. You can also import a phone directory as a new shared project or export a project copy when you are finished. - Task status beyond the app. iPhone and iPad can show observed AI and terminal work in a Live Activity. Android can show an optional, dismissible notification for observed AI and terminal task status. These surfaces report the last known state; they do not keep a task running in the background.
- Mobile terminal controls. Choose compact or expanded extra-key rows, with one-shot and locked modifiers. A new focus mode gives the terminal more room when you need it.
- Optional SSH background support (Android). An open SSH workspace can use an Android foreground-service notification, with controls to stop support or view system guidance.
Improved
- Projects imported into Local Linux open reliably. Imported projects now open directly in their shared Linux location. New SSH workspaces also start in the remote home directory by default.
- SSH recovers more gracefully. Backgrounding no longer immediately discards a live SSH session or Explorer state. iOS pauses probes while backgrounded and validates the transport when you return.
- A deeper dark theme. The default Dark theme now uses an AMOLED black canvas with tuned surface, field, overlay, and contrast colors. Startup screens use the same palette.
- A cleaner terminal header and launch screen. Terminal actions are grouped into a simpler overflow menu, and the launch animation and colors now better match the app.
Fixed
- Fixed workspace-specific editor, AI history, authentication, Git-history, and SSH state leaking into another workspace.
- Fixed SSH EOF probes causing unnecessary recovery, and preserved the Explorer during connection recovery.
- Fixed background SSH guidance so it follows the app's dialog design.
