Sync and Cache
Sync / Cache is a Pro workflow for deliberately moving project content between a local and remote workspace. It gives the transfer a visible direction and keeps the target inside the active workspace boundaries.

Two clear directions
- Sync moves a local project toward a remote workspace.
- Cache brings remote project content back to a local workspace.
Before a transfer, read the direction and target path, check which version is authoritative, and review the recorded result afterward. Sync / Cache is useful for a controlled handoff or offline inspection; it should not replace a repository’s normal Git review and backup practices.
